Reservation request submission

The reservation system of our website makes a reservation request where the visitor receives information about its development within 24 hours.

Deposit

The deposit amounts to 25% of the total amount of the reservation as defined by law. 1652/30-10-1986 (FEK167 A’) Article 2.

The visitor must pay the deposit within 48 hours from the request and send the receipt to info@lofthouses.gr

Upon completion of the reservation, the visitor will receive a confirmation email for its successful completion.

The climate crisis resilience fee

The prices do NOT include the climate crisis resilience fee which it is configured as below.

During the months of March to October

According to paragraph 1A of article 1 of Law 5162/2024, two (2.00) euros/day.

During the months of November to February

According to paragraph 1B of article 1 of Law 5162/2024, fifty cents (0.50) euros/day.

Cancellation request submission

The visitor can cancel by contacting us:

1. By calling the contact numbers.

2. By sending an email to info@lofthouses.gr

3. By using the online chat.

Cancellation without cancellation fees

If the guest cancels the reservation at least 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded except of the transaction costs if any.

Cancellation Fees

If the cancellation request is made in less than 21 days, then must be paid a further 25% as cancellation fees as defined by law 1652 / 30-10-1986 (FEK 167 A ‘) Article 3.

Arrivals - Departures

Arrivals at the accommodation are being made after 13:30 and departure until 12:00.

Cleanliness

We provide daily cleaning to our facilities and change of towels / sheets every 2 days. In case you wish more frequent change of towels / sheets we can provide it with an extra cost of € 3.00 / day.
